These terms describe the information and preview offer on the JWH Websites website. Paid projects require a separate written agreement.

The free preview

Requesting a free website preview does not require payment or obligate you to buy a website. Scope, availability, and timing will be confirmed directly. A preview is not a commitment to launch or deliver a finished website on a particular date.

Quotes and paid work

Your business owns its domain, content, branding, and website assets created for you. Third-party assets and services remain subject to their licenses. Your project agreement confirms final prices, payment schedules, included features, revisions, hosting, support, cancellation, licensing, and platform-specific access and handoff arrangements before purchase.

Illustrative design

The homepage’s fictional design concepts illustrate design possibilities. It is not a client endorsement, completed customer project, or evidence of business results. Search rankings, traffic, and revenue outcomes are not guaranteed.

Your materials

Only provide business information and materials you are authorized to share. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or unlawful content through the preview request form.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, booking tools, and other services may carry their own fees and terms. Any services needed for a paid project will be discussed in its proposal.
